The Natchez Trace Property Owners Association represents the property owners of the subdivision and was established in 2006 when the first homes were constructed in Phase I of four subdivision phases.
Natchez Trace is a gated community and governed by deeds and restricted covenants designed to preserve the values of the properties and integrity of the neighborhood. These covenants are upheld with the oversight of the Board of Directors and GNO Property Management. It is located in Covington, LA, about one and a half miles south of I-12 off of Highway 21.
