Garden Homes
Garden home lots are zero lot lines and the grounds that surround the homes are owned and maintained by the association.

The landscaping services to the garden homes are funded by the $2,100 maintenance dues collected from the garden home residents.

Services include:

All garden home common areas

Schedule of Visits (40):
  • March through October Weekly
  • November through February Twice Monthly

Lawn Maintenance Services:
  • Mowing all turf areas
  • Edging and weed eating around buildings, sidewalks, etc.
  • Pickup and removal of all limbs and plant debris caused by vendor
  • Garden bed edging detail
  • Weeding of all mulched beds in front, rear and sides
  • Fertilizer and weed treatment program
  • Leaf collection during winter visits

Horticulture Services:
  • Weeding of garden beds at each visit
  • Fertilizer and weed treatment program
  • Insect control program
  • Spot treatment for ants and ant piles
  • Pine straw application in garden beds of garden homes and common areas in GH phases in Spring and Fall - max 25 bales per home
  • Trimming and pruning 3 times a year of all shrubs
  • 3 Flats of annuals installed in Spring and Fall

Irrigation & Drainage Services:
  • Monitor irrigation system and repair as needed. Repairs outside of contract fee must have approval by POA.
